We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, products that are customized, print-on-demand, or made through on-demand stitching are not eligible for return or refund. This ensures that every custom piece is uniquely created for you with precision and care.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we request that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as applicable.
Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Kyro Mart reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
